December 2015 Christmas Gathering

After postponing our original meeting due to a storm, the group met at Moco restaurant in Mactaquac.  In addition to a wonderful meal, we had door prizes and games organized by Wendy and Leesa, our fat quarter draw and a fundraiser auction. Thank you to Susan for organizing the fundraiser auction. A total of $290 was raised for Chrysalis House as well as a number of items donated.

Meals on Wheels program were very thankful for the placemats that were donated. The winner of quilt was announced. Congratulations to Jessica Breau; ticket sold by Bernice Jones.

We celebrated the ten years our guild has been in place by presenting certificates to ten year members.  In addition, three individuals that organized the quilt show and then were inspired to organize our guild were presented with a certificate of appreciation and recognition of service. Our thanks to: Rose-Marie J, Debby H, and Marilyn C.
