December Christmas Dinner

Our guild met for our annual Christmas dinner at Moco Kitchen at Mactaquac. It was a smaller group on a cold and icy night but we still had a fun time! We were able to preselect dinner options from a set menu.

Salad Course (choose one) 
Market salad -
baby greens/ oven roasted tomato/lemon thyme vinaigrette 
Greek Salad -
Fresh lettuce greens/chopped tomato/feta cheese/lemon oregano dressing 
Traditional Caesar -
Romaine hearts/roasted garlic aioli/cheddar croutons/double smoked bacon 

Main Course (choose one) 
Pan seared Atlantic salmon -
‘old bay BBQ butter/ buttered mashed potato/ summer vegetable sautee 
BBQ Grilled Chicken -
BBQ basted chicken breast/melted cheddar cheese/roasted baby potato/mixed seasonal vegetables 
8oz New York Strip loin -
New York strip loin grilled medium/butter chive mashed potato/seasonal vegetables 
Turkey Dinner -
Traditional turkey dinner with all the fixins 

Dessert (choose one) 
Mini chocolate avalanche 
Home style carrot cake 
New York style cheese cake with strawberry topping 

While dinner was being served, Melanie handed out special awards.



Then Janet led the auction.


Afterwards, we had show and tell.
